1. About ORESuccess

ORESuccess is operated by Langford's Medical, United Kingdom. We provide an online clinical education platform designed to support dental professionals preparing for the Overseas Registration Examination (ORE) and related qualifications, and to serve as a chairside clinical reference and verifiable CPD resource throughout their careers.

By creating an account or using ORESuccess, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Educational purpose and disclaimer

All content on ORESuccess — including clinical chapters, CPD modules, practice questions, emergency protocols, and drug interaction information — is provided for educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional clinical judgement, current GDC guidance, or advice from a qualified clinician.

Always refer to the most current guidance from the GDC, NICE, SDCEP, BSP, and other relevant bodies before making clinical decisions. Clinical guidelines change, and while we work to keep content current, we cannot guarantee that all information reflects the latest published guidance at any given time.

Langford's Medical accepts no liability for clinical decisions made in reliance on content provided through ORESuccess.

3. Subscriptions and billing

  • Free trial: New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial with full access. A valid payment method is required. You will not be charged until the trial period ends.
  • Subscription plans: Monthly (£25/month) or Annual (£240/year), billed in advance.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.
  • Price changes: We will give reasonable notice of any price changes. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
  • Founding member pricing: Subscribers who join during the founding member period have their pricing locked in for the lifetime of their continuous subscription.

4. CPD certificates

ORESuccess provides verifiable CPD certificates upon successful completion of assessed modules. Each certificate is issued based on the information you provide during registration. It is your responsibility to ensure your GDC registration details are accurate. We provide certificates in the format required by the GDC, but it is your responsibility to log hours correctly in your eGDC account and to ensure your CPD meets your individual regulatory requirements.

5. Intellectual property

All content on ORESuccess — including clinical text, questions, module content, diagrams, and the Langford's Atlas material — is the intellectual property of Langford's Medical and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or republish any content without prior written permission.

Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access content for your own professional development. Sharing login credentials or content with others is not permitted.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Reproduce or distribute ORESuccess content without permission
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform
  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

7. Availability

We aim to maintain high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect availability. We will communicate planned downtime where possible.

8. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of ORESuccess will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by a notice on the platform. Continued use of ORESuccess after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
