Frequently asked questions

How does the free trial work?

A valid payment card is required to start your 7-day free trial, but no payment is taken during the trial. At the end of the 7 days, your selected plan begins automatically unless you cancel beforehand. If you cancel, your account is paused and your notes and bookmarks are saved for when you return.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes — cancel any time with no questions asked. Your access continues until the end of your billing period.

Are the CPD certificates accepted by the GDC?

Each certificate includes all information required by the GDC — subject, aims, objectives, development outcomes, assessment score, written reflection, and hours. Log hours directly in your eGDC account.

Does it cover the LDS RCS as well as the ORE?

Yes — both the ORE and LDS Part 1 are based on the GDC Safe Practitioner Framework. The handbook covers the complete framework and is equally suitable for LDS candidates.
